Motion Designer

We're looking for a Motion Designer to join our Growth team. You'll work closely with the Growth team, and play a key role in creating high-performing, engaging 2D motion creatives that reach and convert millions of players.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in performance marketing

- Strong skills in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling

- Strong sense of composition, pacing, a creative mindset and attention to detail

- Ability to create engaging 2D video ads and marketing creatives

- Open to explore and learn various AI automation tools

- Nice to have: Experience with mobile game ads, user acquisition creatives

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 2D motion creatives and video ads for marketing campaigns

- Translate game mechanics and ideas into engaging ad concepts

- Iterate on creatives based on performance data and feedback

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and strategy

- Test different visual styles, hooks, and formats to improve performance

- Stay up to date with trends in mobile ads, motion design, and player behavior

- Contribute ideas to continuously improve creative output and processes
