About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our creative team on a maternity cover contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling assets that align with our brand.
Job Description
Design, animate, and deliver high-quality graphics across various platforms
Collaborate with content and news production teams to develop cohesive and engaging visual content
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and communication channels
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Adapt, optimize, and resize creative assets for different formats and platforms
Stay informed about current design trends and introduce fresh, innovative ideas
Maintain design standards according to brand guidelines.
Combine aesthetic design with real-time technology to create immersive storytelling AR visuals for live shows and TV productions
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator – Premiere & DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
Proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender - Unreal Engine is a plus)
Strong portfolio showcasing both creativity and technical ability
Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
