Product Designer

Our client is a fast-growing, AI-enabled startup in the corporate hospitality and entertainment space. They are looking for a full-time product designer to help design the enterprise side of their product. You will work closely with the Head of Product and Design and a Senior Product Designer, but collaborate with Engineering and Product Management as well. You should be comfortable going beyond the UI: Writing a clear problem statement, sketching a flow in a doc, or articulating a design rationale. You will be working with a highly collaborative team and have direction and support to be successful

You Will:

Own end-to-end design for defined features and product area, from problem framing through execution, launch, and iteration

Design for AI-native flows: chat-driven intake, venue discovery and comparison, inquiries, and event tracking on both web and mobile

Pair closely with a senior designer on the enterprise experience - break down the work together, split it up

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations

Translate complex, data- and workflow-heavy enterprise problems into clear, intuitive journeys

Contribute to and work within the design system

You Have:

2 - 5 years of Product Design experience in the enterprise B2B space

A track record of shipping real product - not just redesigns or marketing pages

Strong visual judgment - an ability to act as an Art Director against your own work

Fluency in Figma

Claude Design experience

Strong UX fundamentals and the ability to work through ambiguous problems with clarity

Ability to communicate - writing problem statements, explaining the “why” behind your work

An eagerness to learn and grow. You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do next

Logistics:

40 Hours/Week

Onsite in NYC Monday - Thursday, Remote on Fridays

$130k-$145k
