Responsibilities:
Create all aspects of design tech packs.
Strong ability to Sketch and CAD on Illustrator.
Daily correspondence with overseas factories, making sure sample details are clear.
Strong computer skills, knowledge of the PLM Centric is ideal but not required.
Communicate daily with our overseas factories to ensure all samples are on schedule in accordance to the calendar.
Strong eye for color, ability to comment on sweater lab dips.
Requirements
Min. 3+ years of SWEATER experience required
Color experience preferred
Associate degree in Fashion Design required
Clear and concise communication skills
Excellent time management, organization skills and work ethic
Experienced working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and sketching. Must be able to jump into sketching and CAD’ing efficiently in Illustrator
Knowledge of working with prints + patterns in Adobe Photoshop and working between Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience working on sweater construction, GG, and yarn
Understanding and experience creating tech packs and spec’ing new designs and protos
Excellent eye for detail and proportions
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office

The annual salary range for this full-time position depends on experience between $80,000-$100,000.
