Position Overview We are seeking a creative and organized communications professional to manage content, campaigns, and publishing for an internal technology organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing an internal SharePoint-based site that showcases team capabilities, success stories, newsletters, events, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with a marketing mindset and can transform technical information into engaging content that drives awareness, adoption, and employee engagement.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
Experience developing and managing content for intranet sites, internal communications platforms, or digital publishing environments.
Strong content creation, storytelling, editing, and publishing experience.
Experience supporting internal marketing campaigns, communications strategies, and promotional initiatives.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Office applications.
Experience with Confluence or similar content management and collaboration platforms.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and publishing deadlines simultaneously.
