WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how some of the most followed clubs, leagues, and gaming platforms in world sport engage and inspire millions of fans.

Working alongside Lead Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional delivery squads, you'll take end-to-end ownership of UI and UX solutions for major client initiatives across web, native mobile apps (iOS and Android), and interactive/gamified sports touchpoints.

One day you might be architecting complex user journeys, designing core game loops, or wireframing new live match data features. The next, you could be setting component-driven design system standards in Figma, presenting design rationales to client stakeholders, or mentoring midweight designers within your squad.

You'll serve as a key design lead within delivery teams, driving creative quality, technical feasibility, and seamless developer handoff across both software apps and mobile gaming engines. YOUR BACKGROUND

You don't need to tick every box, but we're generally looking for:

- Minimum 5+ years of commercial product design experience (agency, high-growth tech, gaming studio, or digital sports media).

- A standout portfolio demonstrating complex end-to-end product design, scalable systems, and polished UI/UX for iOS, Android, responsive web, or mobile/online games.

- Experience designing engaging player flows, onboarding, progression systems, or interactive UI for online or mobile games.

- Advanced mastery of Figma, including advanced prototyping, tokenized component libraries, and design system governance.

- Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and responsive design frameworks.

- Proven experience working directly with engineering squads (and/or game engine developers) to guide successful design handoff and QA implementation.

- Methodical approach to work management with high attention to detail and quality control.

- Comfortable leading design initiatives and collaborating in an English-speaking environment.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

- Deep domain knowledge of world sports, live match platforms, sports betting, real-time data visualization, or fantasy gaming.

- Direct experience with mobile game UI/UX, Web3/online games, Roblox/metaverse platforms, or 3D/interactive graphics.

- Familiarity with design tokens, CSS/component frameworks, native mobile HIG, Material Design guidelines, or Unity/Unreal UI tools.
