About the role:

This is an opportunity to join to nearshore production hub in Mexico City as Integrated Designer — producing the digital content that connects five healthcare education institution brands with students making transformational decisions.

Based in Mexico City, you'll produce high-quality creative assets across email, paid social, digital display, and web for a large, multi-brand portfolio of students, professionals, and enterprise audiences across the healthcare education sector. — working within a structured, SLA-driven studio environment where Pencil (our AI tool) is part of the workflow.

The Integrated Designer is a versatile production designer who delivers across multiple channels and formats. You work from creative briefs set by Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director, producing assets with precision and speed — adapting layouts, versioning campaigns, and maintaining brand accuracy across all five health care institutions. You are equally comfortable building static design files and using AI-assisted tools to accelerate production without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do

Produce digital creative assets across multiple formats — email layouts, paid social ads, digital display banners, web content, and print-ready materials

Adapt and version approved master creative across sizes, formats, and channel specifications — both manually and using AI-assisted resizing and adaptation tools within Pencil

Maintain brand accuracy across all visual output, applying each institution's distinct identity guidelines with precision and consistency

Work within OMG (our internal system) to manage your active brief queue, update task status, and flag scheduling or capacity issues proactively

Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, and the QC Creative team to ensure all assets are complete, accurate, and delivery-ready before moving to QA review

Support the development and maintenance of template libraries for each institution — building modular, reusable design systems that increase production efficiency

Participate in brand immersion sessions and stay current with each institution's brand guidelines, campaign toolkit, and content standards

Contribute to the studio's quality culture: review your own work critically before submission and take feedback from Art Directors and QA in a constructive, growth-oriented way

What You Bring

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma

5+ years of experience producing digital assets across multiple channel formats — email, social, display, and web — in a production or studio environment

A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency, with a systematic approach to versioning and adaptation

Understanding of digital production specifications — image compression, safe zones, bleed, resolution requirements for social and display formats

Comfort working in high-volume environments with multiple concurrent briefs and tight turnaround times

Professional proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage for the Mexico City hub role

Experience with AI-assisted design tools (Pencil, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent) is advantageous; a curiosity and openness to developing these skills is essential

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

Growing proficiency with AI image generation and design tools to enhance production speed and creative iteration

Experience using or willingness to develop personal AI-assisted workflows for asset adaptation, resizing, and versioning

Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated design outputs and apply human editorial judgment on brand quality and technical accuracy

Qualifications

Formal degrees are welcome but not required.
