A leader in the creative and marketing agency industry is hiring a Creative Director in St. Louis, MO for a full-time position, onsite.

Creative Director Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong combination of design expertise, strategic thinking, and hands on creative execution.
- Experience developing creative strategies for shopper marketing, digital, advertising, integrated campaigns, or consumer focused initiatives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to partner with C suite and senior level stakeholders.
- Experience with pet care, CPG, retail, or other consumer focused brands is highly desirable.
Creative Director Responsibilities:
- Partner with agency leadership and senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Translate business needs into creative strategies, concepts, and actionable solutions.
- Lead creative vision across advertising, digital experiences, shopper marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Guide concepts while remaining hands on throughout creative development and final execution.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, account teams, and agency partners to deliver high-quality work.
