Location: Beaverton, OregonJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $64 - 67 per hourAre you an innovative creative leader ready to shape non-seasonal story design for a iconic global retail brand? Partner with an industry powerhouse to lead visual evolution across immersive retail environments and scalable consumer experiences. In this strategic role, you will direct multi-disciplinary storytelling across graphic design, fixtures, materials, and digital experiences. Responsibilities:
Drive design excellence across complex retail storytelling projects to deliver immersive and scalable physical environments.
Partner with Senior Directors and cross-functional teams to concepts, refine, and evolve non-seasonal retail initiatives.
Author and present high-impact visual communications, Keynote decks, and environmental concepts across diverse store formats.
Collaborate seamlessly across Environmental Graphic Design, Fixtures, Materials, and Digital disciplines to maintain visual consistency.
Qualifications:
8+ years of dedicated brand/graphic design experience, with deep expertise in retail environments, concepts, and storytelling programs.
Proficiency in creative toolsets including Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Keynote.
Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary retail initiatives and facilitating impactful stakeholder presentations.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative sophistication in spatial story design and visual communications (required upon submission).
