Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $80 - 90 per hourWe are searching for a premier enterprise technology innovator is seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer to establish content strategy across sophisticated, multi-surface AI ecosystems. Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, you will transform high-dimensional data and model outputs into intuitive, actionable user journeys that drive customer trust and product adoption. Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end conversational and interface content frameworks to transform complex system outputs into intuitive, transparent decision flows.
Establish scalable content hierarchies and evaluation benchmarks to enhance guidance accuracy, cross-surface consistency, and platform usability.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver implementation-ready content specifications and launch high-visibility features.
Direct systemic content integration across multi-modal touchpoints to elevate user engagement and ensure long-term product efficacy.
Qualifications:
5+ years of content design experience leading information architecture and UX writing for sophisticated digital ecosystems.
Proven expertise in shipping production-grade AI-powered products, generative models, or complex multi-state workflows.
Demonstrated track record of establishing evaluation criteria that directly measure and improve end-user comprehension and trust.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and systems-thinking skills in collaborative, high-visibility product environments.
