You will bridge high-concept design with technical mastery, translating cutting-edge creative vision into flawless, production-ready product graphics. This is an opportunity to see your work on the world stage within a dynamic, agile pod of top-tier creatives. Responsibilities:
Develop 100% accurate graphic schematics and production-ready artwork to communicate technical trim, color, and placement specifications.
Partner with multidisciplinary design teams to protect creative integrity from initial concept through commercialization.
Translate 2D design concepts into 3D garment executions utilizing digital spec tools and physical product samples.
Optimize team production workflows and digital assets to accelerate seasonal delivery timelines across core apparel lines.
Qualifications:
5+ years of graphic design experience with a proven focus on apparel, streetwear, or graphic tees.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital technical schematic tools; 3D (CLO 3D) or AI tooling is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating production-ready technical graphic packs and high-impact physical apparel designs.
Excellent collaborative communication and adaptability in dynamic environments; degree in Graphic Design preferred but not required.
