Location: Hershey, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 60 per hourOur client is seeking a creative, digital-first UGC Creator to concept, script, shoot, and edit short-form social content for some of their most iconic brands! In this role, you will act as the face and voice of these brands across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and paid media channels. You'll work closely with brand marketing and creative teams to bring authentic, high-converting visual stories to life!*This is a W2 contract with approximately ~20 hours of work per week.* Responsibilities:
End-to-End Content Creation: Script, shoot, edit, and deliver high-volume short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest) tailored to target audience demographics.
On-Camera Presence: Serve as a natural, engaging host/personality for brand activations, product highlights, viral trends, and creative concepts.
Brand Voice Alignment: Maintain distinct brand tones.
Social Trend Spotting: Actively monitor social media trends, audio tracks, formats, and memes, rapidly adapting them into relevant branded content.
Collaboration & Iteration: Partner with brand marketing teams to review performance metrics and refine creative hooks, CTAs, and video pacing.
Qualifications:
CPG Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing experience creating engaging content for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food/beverage, or lifestyle brands.
Short-Form Video Mastery: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, or native TikTok/IG editors), lighting, audio framing, and pacing.
Strong On-Camera Charisma: Natural ability to speak to a camera with authenticity, clarity, and energy.
Portfolio Required: A dedicated UGC portfolio or active social handle demonstrating past visual storytelling, short-form video work, and brand integrations.
