Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesdays/Wednesdays + Weekly Tuesday Store Visits 7:30 AM-9:00 AM)Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)Requirement: Portfolio Link MUST be included with applicationCompensation Range: $45 - 55 per hourA major retail powerhouse is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior Designer to serve as a creative leader translating brand strategy into elevated, multi-channel visual experiences for HomeGoods. Combining big-picture concept development with meticulous craft, this role brings our visual identity to life across in-store signage, digital, print, social media, video, and agile photo studio content creation. Responsibilities:
Creative Development & Campaign Execution: Develop breakthrough, strategically driven concepts and cohesive design systems across digital (site, email, social), print, and in-store environments that drive traffic and sales.
In-Store & Environmental Design: Lead design for in-store signage and environmental graphics, leveraging a deep understanding of print production, materials, and color reproduction to enhance the physical shopping experience.
In-Store Content Capture & Agile Studio: Perform weekly store visits (Tuesdays 7:30-9:00 AM) to capture high-quality still and video content with a creator mindset. Utilize keen merchandise styling and composition skills in our agile photo studio to produce simple, elevated product photography.
Motion & Digital Storytelling: Incorporate motion principles and animation ideation to enhance digital experiences, conceptualizing paid media and video content that drives consumer engagement.
Brand Stewardship & Systems: Build, maintain, and evolve flexible design systems while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines and upholding expert craft across typography, layout, imagery, and color.
Qualifications:
5-8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within retail, lifestyle brands, or creative agencies.
Portfolio: Required. Must showcase high-concept creative, design systems thinking, elevated product styling/photography, and multi-channel execution (digital, print, in-store, video).
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly). Motion design skills in After Effects or Adobe Express are a major plus.
Deep technical expertise across both print production and digital asset delivery.
A passion for home decor, design, and trend-driven retail.
