As a consultative partner and technical platform owner, you will pioneer advanced search, taxonomy, and AI-driven discovery frameworks to transform how world-class talent engages with an enterprise digital ecosystem. This high-visibility initiative offers a strategic platform to define cutting-edge search intelligence and conversion performance at enterprise scale. Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end technical SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to maximize cross-platform digital discoverability across traditional and emerging AI search ecosystems.
Engineer comprehensive site measurement frameworks and executive dashboards to translate complex behavioral telemetry into high-impact, data-driven proposals.
Optimize digital conversion funnels and on-site search architecture to deliver seamless user navigation and elevate candidate acquisition rates.
Champion cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and creative teams to ensure scalable execution of metadata and taxonomy standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years driving enterprise-scale technical SEO, content findability, and digital discovery platforms.
Deep expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), structured data, and search taxonomy architecture.
Proven track record of improving engagement and conversion velocity through web analytics and user behavioral telemetry.
Collaborative partner with demonstrated excellence in translating complex data into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
