What This Role Is

Manifest Global's brands are seen before they are read. Before a school leader reads a word of a Cialfo campaign email, before a university admissions officer opens an Explore proposal, before a student in Mumbai or Dubai decides whether to trust the platform they've just discovered, they see something. A social ad. A conference banner. An event deck. An email layout. The visual quality of that first impression shapes what happens next.

Across four brands and multiple geographies, Manifest produces design work at significant volume: digital advertising, social content, email campaigns, event materials, print collateral, interactive experiences, and corporate communications. The audiences range from high school students and counsellors to school leaders, university partners, and education agents. Each brand has its own identity. Each audience has its own visual language. And the standard across all of it needs to be consistently high.

Right now, the central design function needs someone who can own that standard. Not as a production resource, but as the primary creative force behind Manifest's visual output: someone with the craft, the brand judgment, and the creative confidence to produce publication-ready work independently, raise the quality of everything the team outputs, and act as the brand guardian for the marketing function across all four businesses.

As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be a hands-on individual contributor with real ownership of the visual expression of Manifest's brands across every major marketing touchpoint. You'll work closely with marketing, content, and product teams, translate briefs into finished creative independently, and set the creative bar the rest of the team works toward.

What You Own

Visual output across all marketing touchpoints

Lead the design and production of high-quality creative work across digital marketing campaigns, event experiences, interactive activations, and corporate collateral, from concept through to final production

Create and format visual elements across social, email, print, and out-of-home, with sharp judgment on typography, layout, imagery, iconography, and brand consistency across each brand's distinct identity

Produce short-form motion graphics and video assets to support campaign storytelling across digital platforms, working natively in After Effects and Premiere Pro

Brand guardianship across the Manifest group

Own the visual expression of Manifest's brands across all internal and external-facing design work, maintaining the brand systems that keep each brand distinct and consistent simultaneously

Act as the brand guardian for the marketing function: the person who catches inconsistencies before they go out, who pushes back when a brief would take a brand in the wrong direction, and who builds the templates and standards that make quality scalable

Build and maintain Canva Pro templates that allow non-designers on the team to produce on-brand work without needing a designer for every asset

Creative development and cross-functional collaboration

Translate campaign briefs into creative concepts independently, with the confidence to make the right call without needing extensive direction

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure creative quality and cohesion across all touchpoints, including how brand translates into product UI

Incorporate and synthesise feedback from multiple stakeholders into polished final deliverables, maintaining creative integrity and timeline discipline simultaneously

Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers or agency partners where required, setting the standard and helping others reach it

What Success Looks Like

The markers below reflect where the design function is today. We'll calibrate the specifics once you're in the seat. These are directional, not fixed.

You'll start by building a clear picture of the current visual output across all four brands, what's strong, where the inconsistencies are, which brand systems need tightening, and where the highest-impact improvements are. You'll have a view on where to raise the standard first.

From there, the quality and consistency of Manifest's visual output will be visibly better. Campaigns will look like they were designed with intention for the platform and audience they're reaching. The brand systems will be cleaner and easier for the team to work within. The templates and standards you build will make the whole team faster without reducing quality.

Over time, Manifest's visual identity across all four brands will be something that makes the right impression consistently, whether a candidate encounters the brand on LinkedIn, at a conference, or in a product walkthrough. That's what this role is building toward.

The specifics will be calibrated once you're in the role. The direction won't change.

What You Bring

You have 6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft, creative thinking, and end-to-end ownership of creative work across multiple brands, formats, and channels.

You're highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. You're comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Magnific AI to enhance ideation, creative execution, and design quality. You have a solid understanding of basic Large Language Models (LLMs), structured prompting, AI-assisted design, and hands-on experience with the Claude Design System to create scalable, consistent, and high-quality product experiences.

You have a strong eye for typography, layout, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand systems, with the ability to maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries where appropriate.

You can take rough briefs, prompts, or business problems and independently turn them into compelling, on-brand creative. You confidently explain your design decisions in business terms and require minimal direction.

You're hands-on with AI-powered visual storytelling and can create engaging AI-assisted storytelling videos, product explainers, motion graphics, and short-form marketing content. You're an expert in product motion design, using animation to simplify complex ideas and create polished, high-impact user experiences.

You've created assets across performance marketing, brand, CRM, social, web, app, presentations, and other digital touchpoints, adapting creative for each platform without compromising brand integrity.

You have experience building and maintaining design systems, brand guidelines, asset libraries, templates, and reusable creative frameworks that improve quality, consistency, and team efficiency.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities with ease, take complete ownership of your work, and consistently deliver high-quality output with minimal follow-up.

Above all, You have a bar-raiser mindset. You don't just fulfill design requests—you elevate the brand through thoughtful, strategic, and high-craft creative execution.

A strong portfolio is mandatory. Applications without one will not be considered.

Why Manifest

Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility, connecting students, schools, universities, and employers across 50+ countries. Our portfolio spans Cialfo (AI-powered college counselling, 2,000+ schools), BridgeU (university guidance for international schools globally), Kaaiser (trusted study abroad counselling since 1997 across India and Southeast Asia), and Explore (AI-powered university outreach platform). Together, we move talent across borders at scale. $700B flows annually in remittances from migrant workers. 85M workers will be missing from developed economies by 2030. We're building the operating system that changes that. $80M raised. Still early.

For this role specifically, visual design is one of the primary ways Manifest's brands are experienced before anyone reads a word of copy. The Senior Graphic Designer who shapes that experience across four brands, multiple markets, and audiences ranging from students to university partners, is doing work that reaches millions of people and determines whether they see Manifest as a company that takes quality seriously.

Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility, operating across 50+ countries with $80M raised from Tiger Global, SIG, and Square Peg.
