About the Role
Design the next generation of beauty packaging for one of the world's leading prestige beauty brands.
We're looking for a Senior Packaging Designer with significant experience in beauty packaging to help create innovative products from concept through production. This is a highly collaborative role for a designer who understands that exceptional beauty packaging combines industrial design, structural innovation, engineering, manufacturing, and brand storytelling.
You'll lead the development of primary packaging and custom components, creating bottles, tubes, jars, pumps, caps, closures, compacts, applicators, and other innovative packaging solutions that are both visually compelling and technically sound. Working closely with Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and global manufacturing partners, you'll transform consumer insights into products that deliver outstanding consumer experiences.
This is a hands-on role that extends beyond concept development. You'll be responsible for ensuring your designs are successfully translated into production by reviewing technical drawings, validating alignment with the approved design direction, preparing Pantone color standards and benchmarks, setting up and annotating artwork files, coordinating artwork delivery, supporting prepress, and participating in press checks through final production.
Beyond structural packaging, you'll contribute to packaging graphics and support product launches with digital and e-commerce creative, ensuring a seamless consumer experience across retail, online, and social channels.
If you're passionate about creating innovative beauty packaging and enjoy balancing creativity with technical execution, we'd love to hear from you.
