Senior Creative Engineer (Production - Design Systems - IA)
As a Senior Creative Engineer , you are a design systems-minded creative professional who excels at building scalable design solutions for high-volume digital production environments. You combine strong visual design fundamentals with advanced Figma expertise, helping transform creative concepts into efficient, reusable systems that enable teams to produce high-quality work at scale.
You are an ideal candidate if you have experience creating and maintaining Design Systems, building scalable component libraries in Figma, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve creative workflows. You bring strong aesthetic judgment, a production-first mindset, and the ability to mentor others while driving operational excellence across creative projects.
You Will:
Translate creative concepts and key art into scalable design solutions for digital campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Build, maintain, and evolve Design Systems that support efficient and consistent creative production.
Create and manage reusable Figma components, libraries, templates, and production frameworks.
Utilize advanced Figma functionality, including Variables, Auto Layout, component architecture, and scalable design workflows.
Help establish and propagate design standards across projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency across teams.
Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Production teams to deliver high-quality assets that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Design and produce high-volume creative assets while maintaining pixel-perfect execution and quality standards.
Explore and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance creative production, efficiency, and scalability.
Support motion design needs for digital campaigns and creative deliverables.
Maintain organized, scalable, and technically sound creative files.
Contribute ideas that improve workflows, processes, and production efficiencies.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and provide creative support across a wide variety of projects.
Mentor junior Creative Engineers and help elevate the team's technical and production capabilities.
You have:
3–5+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Creative Engineer, Design Systems Designer, or similar role within an agency, creative studio, or in-house creative team.
Extensive experience working in high-volume, fast-paced creative production environments.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Design Systems
Component Libraries
Variables
Auto Layout
Component architecture and scalability
Experience creating, maintaining, and scaling reusable design frameworks.
Understanding of how design systems support efficient creative production and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar technologies within creative workflows.
Strong visual design skills and excellent aesthetic judgment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic motion design experience using Adobe After Effects.
Experience producing digital marketing assets, banners, email creatives, and campaign adaptations.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior designers.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Atomic Design principles.
Familiarity with Design Tokens.
UI Design experience.
Experience working within enterprise-scale Design Systems.
Experience building and editing Keynote and PowerPoint presentations.
General understanding of HTML5.
Experience evaluating, implementing, or optimizing AI-powered creative workflows.
