Event Content Manager
The Executive Engagement & Global Events team is responsible for bringing LinkedIn's brand, insights, and executive thought leadership to life through some of our most visible global experiences. We create industry-leading content that inspires, educates and connects leaders around the world from flagship customer conferences to executive experiences at global moments.
We are looking for an Event Content Manager to join our Experiential Content team. In this role, you'll help bring LinkedIn's executive event programming to life by partnering across content strategy, speaker management, production and event operations. You'll lead the execution of mainstage and studio programming for flagship events including Talent Connect and World Economic Forum, ensuring every session is delivered with excellence from concept through showtime.

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of executive programming across LinkedIn's flagship events from planning through onsite delivery.
Partner with content strategy leads to translate business priorities into compelling mainstage, studio and virtual experiences.
Manage session development from concept through production, including timelines, speaker preparation, presentation reviews, rehearsal planning and show flow.
Partner closely with LinkedIn executives, moderators and external speakers to prepare engaging, audience-first presentations and conversations.
Manage relationships with paid speakers, speaker bureaus and talent representatives, including contracting, logistics, communications and onsite support.
Coordinate with production agencies and creative partners to ensure seamless execution across content, staging, graphics, video and technical production.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Executive Communications, Brand Creative, Events, Legal and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive event experiences.
Drive project management across multiple concurrent workstreams while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Support studio and virtual content capture that extends the reach of LinkedIn's event programming beyond the live experience.
Measure program effectiveness, capture learnings and recommend improvements to elevate future event experiences.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience producing content for live, virtual or hybrid events.
4+ years of experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
4+ years of experience working directly with senior executives, customers or external speakers.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives from concept through execution.
Strong storytelling instincts and experience developing audience-focused event content.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable partnering with senior executives and confidently managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing keynote development, executive presentations, fireside conversations or conference programming.
Experience working with production agencies, creative partners and technical event teams.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while solving problems quickly during live events.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a bias toward action.
Collaborative, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Passion for creating memorable audience experiences through world-class event content.
