Sr. Product Designer, Consumer Facing Digital Products, 3325-1
We are seeking a UX Design Contractor for a four-month engagement to support the design of the digital marketing and ticketing experience for our growing bet on in-person, IRL entertainment. This role sits at the intersection of physical space, brand, and product design.
Your primary focus will be design execution: taking approved concepts and strategy and turning them into high-fidelity, launch-ready designs for digital touchpoints that our engineering and operations teams can build against with minimal ambiguity. Our team is responsible for crafting consumer-facing experiences and the internal tools that support them, and you’ll dig into both.
This experience sits inside a uniquely complex stakeholder environment. You'll navigate requirements from product management, marketing, engineering, venue operations, and retail/F&B teams, reconciling competing input while keeping design execution moving on tight production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Design Execution — Create high-fidelity designs and assets in Figma for digital touchpoints and corresponding tools; translate approved concepts into production-ready deliverables and specs, aligned to established design systems and brand guidelines
• Stakeholder Navigation — Work across a broad and often competing set of stakeholders to absorb requirements, reconcile feedback and keep design execution on track
• Iterative Design — Incorporate feedback from Consumer Insights and cross-functional partners, refining execution quickly without compromising quality or timelines
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure digital touchpoints are designed and built with quality, scale and user centricity in mind
• Brand & Partner Stewardship — Maintain brand language while honoring partner and licensor/IP guidelines, ensuring execution stays premium and on-brand across every touchpoint
• Storytelling — Communicate direction through strong visual storytelling — in writing, in small groups, and in presentations
• Innovation at Scale — Innovate to meet new business and member needs while designing for scale
Qualifications
• 5+ Years of Experience designing and shipping production-ready user experiences for consumer-facing digital products
• Design Craft–– Known for high-quality craft and detailed execution of design in related fields, including marketing, e-commerce, email messaging, and/or enterprise tooling
• Figma Expert — Advanced proficiency in Figma, with strong experience preparing final, dev-ready files, components, and specs for handoff
• Stakeholder Management — Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders, balancing partner/licensor requirements, brand guidelines, and cross-functional input under tight deadlines
• Self-Starter — Ability to work independently through ambiguous problems with minimal supervision
• Collaborative & Adaptive — Experience working in fast-paced environments where design execution is frequently adjusted based on stakeholder and operational input
• Portfolio — A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, production-quality design work–not just concept prototypes
• Communication — Exceptional communication skills — in writing, small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives
• Feedback — Track record of giving and receiving feedback
