Art Director

The purpose of this role is to support the design team members and creative work with focus, commitment and an ever-increasing knowledge of all things design and art.  Supports realising concepts and big ideas with a dedication to producing the highest caliber of creative product.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the execution of creative concepts together with the copy partner at the direction of the creative director
Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas
Assists in the preparation of presenting big ideas to clients
Visualises concepts and interprets them into design
Takes ownership of creative work
Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital advertising agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Good knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and evolving creative trends.
Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to creative ideas and concepts.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or video editing is an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies is a plus.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and digital-first thinking.
