Job Description:
BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF
The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise with the following business segments: Disney Entertainment, ESPN, Disney Parks, and Experiences and Products. From humble beginnings as a cartoon studio in the 1920s to its preeminent name in the entertainment industry today, Disney proudly continues its legacy of creating world-class stories and experiences for every member of the family. Disney’s stories, characters and experiences reach consumers and guests from every corner of the globe. With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished.

How will you contribute to our magical experience?
At Disney+, merchandising is how we bring stories to life on the product—every row, placement, and recommendation. We are looking for a data-driven Supervisor, Content Experience & Operations to own and optimize the platform experience for the Mexican market.

The Supervisor, Content Experience & Operations will be responsible for:
Lead the planning and execute the operation of the SVOD (Subscription Video On Demand) content strategy for Disney+ Mexico and Central America.
Data-Driven Strategy: Own the Mexico merchandising strategy, backing every placement and layout decision with user data and platform metrics.
Identify priority SVOD content and define editorial treatment: positioning, metadata (descriptions, artwork, titling).
Local Market Input: Provide key local insights and cultural context to regional teams.
Define and curate how SVOD content is presented on the platform, aligned with local rights, audience expectations and Disney+ priorities.
Performance Optimization: Track KPIs (CTR, completion rates) and run A/B tests on artwork and layouts to maximize engagement and ensure content looks and functions as expected.
Competitive Analytics: Monitor local streaming competitors and translate trends into growth opportunities for Disney+.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Programming, Marketing, and Analytics to execute with excellence major content launches and live events.

What we need from you to be part of this story:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital merchandising or content management within digital platforms, ideally in streaming services, digital media or related.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
Intermediate English.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively at a fast pace.
Strong balance of analytical rigor (including experience with dashboards and user funnels), attention to detail, and editorial judgment.
Product-oriented mindset with a user-centric approach.
Strong knowledge of digital business and engagement KPIs, such as CTR, completion rates, content consumption, conversion, retention, and user behavior.
Strong passion and understanding of the Mexican market, particularly regarding TV shows, movies, and general entertainment content.
Experience with Looker and Airtable is desirable.
Experience with data tools, product analytics or A/B testing frameworks is desirable.
Ability to react to data insights and content performance.
