We’re looking for a 3D Artist to join our award winning team conveniently located in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
As a 3D Artist at Double Eleven, you’ll specialise in creating a diverse range of hard and soft surface assets such as props , clothing, armor, weapons and environment creation using all the latest art production techniques, taking concept/idea and turning it into a game ready asset as well as supporting fellow artists.

What you’ll be doing
Creating high quality game ready assets by modelling, texturing and integrating assets ( Props, environments ,weapons ,etc) based on concept art and style guides and within deadlines.
Perform the complete 3D production workflow which includes highpoly , lowpoly, UV unwrapping, baking and PBR texturing..
Integrating and setting up assets within the game engine, ensuring materials, LODs , collision and material are correctly configured.
Ensure all assets created are well planned and optimized to meet memory, design, and performance requirements.
Identify and refine existing game assets to improve visual quality through “art pass” while ensuring they meet strict performance targets .
Solve artistic or technical problems both self sufficiently and within a team environment while mindful of the risks, issues and consequences
Plan and estimate workload and complete tasks within the agreed time frame.
What we’re looking for
A strong portfolio illustrating proficiency as a generalist 3D Artist
Good understanding of industry standard tools including Maya/Blender/Max, Substance Painter, Z-Brush and Photoshop
Deep understanding of Physical Based rendering (PBR) workflows to create realistic materials .
Proficient in integrating 3D assets into game engines such as Unreal or Unity including material/shader configuration and basic lighting setup.
Experience in a game production environment with a focus on delivering optimized assets, encompassing polygon count, texture budgets and LOD management.
Work well within the team environment and able to support other team members
Proactively stay updated on new software, processes and industry trends and share the knowledge with the team
Highly motivated and proactive
Able to take constructive criticism.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Must be trustworthy and operate at a high level of integrity, team spirit and drive
Considered a bonus
A passion for games art and games development
Experience with agile production workflow.
Familiar with survival games or shooters set in post-apocalyptic environments
Experience working in Unity.
Have experience with Live Services projects.

Working life at Double Eleven
Start your day any time between 9:00am and 11:00am
35 working hours per week with a 1 hour lunch break (with the opportunity to flex down to 30 minutes or up to 2 hours)
14 days annual leave + holidays gazetted by the Federal Government of Malaysia (where holidays fall on a weekend, you’ll receive either the Monday or Friday as extra holiday!)
