Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, compliance, regulatory, operations, and external vendors as needed to build, test, and deploy solutions. Ensure solutions are compliant, safe, reliable, and integrate seamlessly into our platforms.
Monitor and Measure Success (ROI): Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact, performance, and financial value of innovation pilots, using data to inform decisions on whether to pivot, kill, or scale initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Product Management Experience: 6+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong track record of launching successful software products. Preferred experience working within an innovation lab, incubator, technology consulting, or managing emerging technology products.
Emerging Technology Fluency: Strong understanding of technology trends in the market (e.g., advanced AI/ML, automation, digital health tools) and how they can be applied to solve complex business problems.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to think big picture, navigate high degree of ambiguity, and translate complex concepts into actionable pilots with measurable outcomes. Track record of building and advocating for new business cases.
