EVENT CREATION AND LIVE SCHEDULING
Monitor automated event creation and publication processes, creating or publishing events manually when required.
Prepare and maintain the live sports event schedule in collaboration with the Live Trading team.
RESULTS AND BET SETTLEMENT
Oversee automated results processing and bet settlement, manually process results and make necessary corrections using official sources.
SPORTSBOOK CONTENT AND SERVICES
Check the availability and accuracy of event dates and times, streaming coverage, scoreboards and statistics across web, mobile and retail channels.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
Analyse operational issues and collaborate with Trading, Risk and IT teams to support their resolution.
INTERNAL SUPPORT
Assist Customer Service and other operational teams with enquiries relating to sports events, results, bet settlement and refunds.
KEY SKILLS
Strong sports knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
Knowledge of the sports betting industry, as well as proficiency in operational systems and Excel, are considered assets
Required languages: French / English or Dutch / English
