This role is about more than just posting—it’s about building Fellow into the cultural conversation, amplifying organic moments, and creating content that drives engagement and brand love.
The goal isn’t just reach, impressions, or transactions. It’s to build a brand people want to talk about, share, follow, and be associated with. If you live and breathe digital storytelling, thrive on social trends, and know how to turn culture into content, this is your chance to shape the voice of one of the most beloved brands in specialty coffee.

This is a hands-on role . You’ll shape the strategy and build the systems, partnerships, and repeatable formats that grow Fellow’s presence—but you’ll also roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
