Staff Copywriter
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
Grow is looking for a Staff Copywriter to bring empathetic, customer-centric writing and conceptual thinking to every touchpoint. This role blends hands-on copywriting craft with higher-level creative ideation, shaping how we communicate with customers, providers, and partners across web, email, paid social, campaigns, and more.
Reporting to the Creative Director and partnering closely with Art Directors and Designers, you'll help bring campaigns and activations to life — translating brand and creative strategy into writing that's fresh, consistent, and culturally relevant. This is a role for a creative thinker and a wordsmith: someone who leads by doing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves building and refining a brand's voice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bring creative concepts to life from initial idea through final execution across a wide range of brand touchpoints (campaigns, lifecycle, paid social, web, sales enablement, etc.).
- Partner closely with the Art Director, the Creative Director, and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive, on-brand campaigns and activations.
- Own projects from start to finish, balancing hands-on writing with strategic and conceptual thinking.
- Push the brand forward by contributing new creative and messaging ideas, refining tone systems, and helping evolve our voice.
- Help evolve brand voice and messaging guidelines across channels, maintaining consistency while pushing boundaries and staying culturally relevant.
- Give feedback to other team members and freelancers to ensure a high bar for creative execution.
- Translate marketing and brand strategy into clear, compelling creative concepts and copy.
- Stay on top of cultural and digital trends to ensure the brand's voice stays relevant and resonant.
- Juggle multiple projects with clarity and creativity while meeting tight deadlines.

- Experience evolving or maintaining brand voice and messaging guidelines and applying them consistently across campaigns and formats.
- Experience writing for performance/growth channels (lifecycle, paid social, landing pages) as well as brand and campaign work.
- Deep understanding of writing for digital, social, and web.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a confident, collaborative approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for both big ideas and tiny details.
- A passion for brand building, storytelling, and creating work that resonates with real people.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
