Responsibilities
Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with UX designers to create cohesive user experiences
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for developers
Apply strong visual design skills, drawing on graphic design and branding experience to create consistent and engaging digital experiences
Contribute to visual identity and branding projects, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints
Conduct visual design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality
Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and insights
Explore and leverage AI tools to support the design process, improve workflows, and explore new creative possibilities
Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, AI developments, and best practices
Lead design presentations and workshops, effectively communicating design concepts and rationales
Mentor other designers and contribute to their professional growth
Requirements
5+ years of UI design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality UI work, ideally including graphic design and branding projects
Proficiency in Figma
Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, layout, and visual consistency
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Ability to create responsive designs that adapt to different devices and screen sizes
Confident use of AI tools in the design process, with an interest in exploring new tools and workflows
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
Experience in branding and visual identity design
Experience in the financial and healthcare sectors
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
