We are looking for a UX Designer and Business Analyst (level 4) to support the design and usability evaluation of a metadata editor and its integration into a broader digital service, as part of a strategic proof-of-concept initiative. The assignment covers user-centered design, hands-on usability testing with real end users, and ensuring the solution meets strict digital accessibility standards.
You will own the UX workstream end-to-end - design, testing methodology, accessibility validation, and delivery of decision support materials for the final technology recommendation - within a standards-driven, quality-critical environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of UX design experience for web-based business systems
Practical, hands-on experience conducting usability testing with real end users
Solid knowledge of accessibility requirements per WCAG 2.1 AA and applicable digital accessibility legislation
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Experience with service/e-service design and delivery
Experience producing decision support materials or evaluation reports for technology selection
