We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a leading cultural and arts organization in NYC. This role will develop innovative, concept-driven creative across digital, print, campaigns, OOH, events, and other brand touchpoints.
What You'll Do
Own projects from brief and concept through final execution, working autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders and creative partners.
Develop marketing and brand campaigns that extend consistently across multiple channels, formats, and audiences.
Build and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and sub-brand identities.
Create polished work across digital and print, with a strong emphasis on typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
Present concepts and clearly articulate creative rationale, responding thoughtfully to feedback and evolving priorities.
Conceptualize motion through storyboards and creative direction; hands-on After Effects experience is a plus but not required.
What We're Looking For
4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with strong marketing/brand campaign experience.
Agency background is ideal
Portfolio showcasing full campaigns from concept through execution
Exceptional typography and strong command of core design fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to take a concept from initial idea through a cohesive multi-channel campaign.
Strong Figma expertise, including experience creating presentations, scalable templates, and/or design systems.
Experience across both digital and print.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal direction.
Confident, proactive, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
