Senior Staff Consultant (Lead Communication Designer - PowerPoint, Corporate Branding, Newsletter & Campaign Creation, SharePoint Online)

Requirements
7.5+ years of experience in digital content creation, corporate communications, branding, or internal communications.
Strong hands-on expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Immediate joiners and candidates who can join within 30 days will be highly preferred.
Experience in creating executive-level presentations, visual storytelling, and communication materials.
Hands-on experience in SharePoint page/site creation, customization, and content management.
Strong graphic design, branding, and content development skills.
Experience creating digital assets such as posters, banners, newsletters, infographics, and promotional materials.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as HeyGen, Copilot, ChatGPT, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
Experience in video editing and basic motion graphics creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate business concepts, updates, and data into engaging visual content.
Exposure to internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, marketing communications, or corporate branding programs.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Responsibilities
Create professional and visually compelling presentations for leadership meetings, business reviews, events, and internal communications.
Develop engaging digital content including posters, banners, newsletters, videos, infographics, and promotional materials.
Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites and pages with modern layouts, user-friendly navigation, and branding consistency.
Convert business updates, key messages, data, and ideas into impactful visual stories and communication assets.
Support internal communication campaigns, branding initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand communication requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, visual design, image generation, and video production processes.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and digital platforms.
Create and edit video content, including basic animations and motion graphics, to support communication objectives.
Manage and publish content across internal digital channels, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
Continuously explore new design trends, communication strategies, and digital tools to improve content effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication and branding initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related field.
