About Nanit:
Nanit is moving families beyond overwhelm by transforming how parents understand their baby's early years. We combine advanced AI, real-world data from billions of sleep hours, and clinical expertise to deliver the clarity and confidence every parent deserves. Trusted by over one million families and backed by $125M in funding, we're building an entirely new category: predictive parenting intelligence.
Here, your work directly impacts millions of families. Our team of scientists, engineers, and parents is small but mighty - we share a mission to make early childhood easier, healthier, and more connected. If you want to work on technology that genuinely matters, join us.
About the Role:
Nanit is looking for a creative, trend-savvy content creator to help make us a must-follow brand for modern parents. You'll take the lead on real-time content creation, trend-driven storytelling, and platform innovation, turning insights and expert-backed guidance into engaging, high-impact social content. This role is built for someone who lives to create: someone who can shoot, edit, and post content that feels native to the platform, and who treats comments and DMs as raw material for the next great idea.
What You''ll Do:
Create platform-native content (short-form video, photos, captions, simple graphics) using tools like iPhone, CapCut, Canva, or Figma, from ideating and scripting to filming and editing, with a strong on-camera presence that feels native, fun, and on-brand
Identify trends, sounds, and cultural moments Nanit can jump on quickly, and turn them into content within hours, not days
Draft captions and manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, keeping brand voice consistent across channels
Organize and maintain the content calendar and asset library
Monitor comments and DMs daily, and turn the best of them into content: reply videos, comment round-ups, Q&A prompts, and other formats that make the community part of the story
Mine community input for content ideas, spotting recurring questions, jokes, and moments worth building a post around
Translate brand and PR initiatives (launches, giveaways, campaigns) into social-first content: the short-form video, native posts, and platform moments that make a bigger campaign feel native on social
Turn performance data into sharper creative choices: which hooks, formats, and trends to double down on next
Who You Are:
3+ years of hands-on experience creating social content for a consumer-facing brand (in-house or agency), with a strong focus on short-form video and platform-native storytelling
A creator first with social video editing skills and a knack for producing quick-turn content
Deep platform fluency, especially Instagram and TikTok
Sharp instincts for culture and trends, always ahead of what's next
Sees comments and DMs as content opportunities, not just conversations to manage
Understands the perspective of the modern parent
A fast, proactive idea generator who loves experimenting
Can take a campaign brief and see the social-first version of it
Familiarity with tools like Dash Social or similar publishing/analytics platforms
Experience in parenting, wellness, or consumer tech a plus
EEO, Salary and Location:
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 2 days per week
Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class.
