The NBCU Creative Group is a fast-paced, collaborative team of strategists, writers, editors, producers, and designers who develop best-in-class creative solutions for advertisers and various functions within Advertising & Partnerships division.
As a Graphic Designer, you'll help bring the power of NBCUniversal brands to life through compelling visual storytelling. You'll partner with creative leaders and cross-functional teams to design digital experiences, industry event branding, sales narratives, and custom creative executions for some of the world's leading advertisers.
You will have an emphasis on UX/UI design including product design and editorial layout design. Experience in Figma and/or Storied a plus.
Ideally, you are highly organized and detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering polished, accurate work on tight timelines. This role is heavily execution-focused, requiring the ability to translate established creative direction into strong visual deliverables efficiently and consistently.
We are looking for someone with a collaborative, team-first mindset who is dependable, proactive, and eager to contribute wherever needed. The right candidate approaches projects with a positive attitude, responds well to feedback, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability from kickoff through final delivery. They should be comfortable managing multiple assignments simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities, and maintaining a high level of quality under pressure.

The Graphic Designer should also maintain a strong awareness of current design trends and visual standards to ensure both NBCU and client brands are represented in fresh, thoughtful, and elevated ways.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create visual solutions that communicate key messages and business objectives
Execute high-quality design across digital, editorial, experiential, and presentation-based projects
Translate creative direction into compelling visual concepts and deliverables
Partner with teams across Advertising Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Communications, Peacock Product, Editorial, and Creative
Maintain design quality and consistency throughout the creative process
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Contribute to a collaborative, team-first culture
Experience in Storied a plus

A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work including UX/UI projects (photo compositing and editing a plus)
Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Ability to work on and manage projects from concept to delivery
Working knowledge of PowerPoint
Follow the lead of an Art Director and/or Creative Director
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think outside the box
A heightened sense of design; especially with respect to typography,

photography, composition, and color
Highly creative & detail-oriented
Advertising Experience a Plus
Desired Characteristics
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field/equivalent training or work experience

3+ years working as a graphic designer or similar role
Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to learn and grow and ask questions within a fast-paced working environment
Passion for design, photography, illustrations, typography, and digital design
Openness to collaborating with colleagues across different disciplines
Ability to maintain a professional and respectful attitude to co-workers
Interest in the advertising and media industry

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week, Monday - Thursday. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000
