We're seeking a visionary Design Director to lead creative excellence
across all digital and multimedia platforms at our full-service advertising agency. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with our Group Creative Director to establish the aesthetic vision and creative standards that define our brand and campaigns. This is an opportunity for a strategic design leader to shape how our agency approaches creative direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact across every touchpoint—from video and web to interactive experiences and integrated campaigns. What You’ll Do
Creative Direction: Establish and communicate the overarching aesthetic direction, visual standards, and design principles for all multimedia campaigns, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels.
Partner with Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Group Creative Director to align creative vision, translate strategic concepts into visual excellence, and champion design-driven solutions.
Design Systems & Brand Integration: Develop, refine, and implement design systems that create cohesion across multiple creative channels, enabling teams to create holistic campaigns that work seamlessly across platforms.
Creative Problem-Solving: Transform complex briefs into innovative, strategically sound creative solutions that leverage layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative creative environment, providing direction and inspiration to designers and creative teams while remaining open to fresh ideas and diverse perspectives.
Present & Communicate: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, articulating creative vision and the strategic thinking behind design decisions.

Who You Are
Technical Mastery
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Figma for design system development and collaborative design
Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and how to scale design across platforms

Portfolio & Experience
Comprehensive, high-quality portfolio demonstrating creative direction across multiple mediums (video, web, interactive, print)
Proven visual storytelling skills with strong command of layout, color theory, and typography
Experience leading creative teams and setting aesthetic standards for campaigns and brands
Track record of creating holistic, integrated campaigns that work seamlessly across channels

Soft Skills & Mindset
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; comfortable articulating creative vision to diverse audiences
Outstanding project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deliverables and stakeholders
Open, collaborative mindset with genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional partnership
Strategic thinker who balances creative innovation with business objectives
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in every project

Nice to Have
Experience in video editing and motion graphics
Knowledge of web development and responsive design principles
Familiarity with interactive design and emerging digital technologies
Agency or in-house creative leadership experience

Salary Range up to $155,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
