MRM Health is looking for a Senior Art Director to join the team. As a Senior Art Director, you will manage the day-to-day art responsibilities of your assigned brand(s) with support from a Copy partner and senior level creatives. Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily creative execution of projects including new design, reviewing projects, incorporating comments, and ensuring consistency across campaign materials
Ensures projects are on time and meet the highest standards of design excellence
Understands brand, disease state, and competitive products
Understands brand strategies and how the assets created help solve client’s business challenges
Present creative work and ideas with copy partner to clients, referencing brand strategies
Work on campaign execution, attend photo/video shoots (as opportunities present); engage with photographers, CGI artists, videographers, and illustrators with supervisor support
Works collaboratively with all cross-functional team members including Studio, Copy, Project Management, and Account Management
Support new business efforts and/or conceptual work
Help to manage Studio Artists, Graphic Designers, freelancers, and more junior team members

Education and Experience:
3-4 years of pharmaceutical art direction experience in a fast-paced agency setting
Recent experience working on a pharmaceutical brand / familiarity with scientific information related to pharmaceutical advertising
A go-to ideator, capable of concepting and collaborating on overall campaign/brand experience ideas with a creative team while working on multiple projects, within specific deadlines and prioritizing tasks for each brand.
Understanding of the agency process and ability to ask direct and relevant questions pertaining to timing, content, or creative direction
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Creative suite, Figma
A compelling portfolio included with your application (can be website, file sharing link or PDF attachment)
Ability to manage projects with little supervision
Proven ability to present approved content to clients
Ability to manage your own time and workflows, and adhere to deadlines delivering quality work on time
Proactive hand raiser who seeks creative opportunities above and beyond day to day work
Ability to present approved content to clients
Excellent attention to detail
Show relentless devotion to craft, and creative excellence on projects big and small
Motivated to seek/gain additional creative opportunities and work on new business pitches
Proactive about finding inspiration and researching new creative ideas for keeping things fresh
Autonomous, yet you know when and how to raise questions or issues to your manager
This role is based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

$90,000-$110,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
