We’re hiring a Creative Director for our client, an entertainment technology company, as a remote permanent position. In this role, you’ll guide creative direction for family-friendly marketing campaigns and communications from initial concept through launch.

Creative Director Responsibilities:
Turn business objectives into distinctive creative strategies, concepts, and campaign platforms.
Contribute directly to creative development across visual approaches, production, and hands-on tools.
Lead, coach, and grow creative talent while fostering constructive critique and high standards.
Strengthen creative review practices and partnerships so teams make clear, effective decisions efficiently.
Creative Director Qualifications:
Bring at least 10 years of experience in design and creative work.
Have demonstrated creative direction experience across campaigns, multiple channels, and team leadership.
Show exceptional conceptual ability, visual judgment, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Work effectively in fast-moving, resource-limited environments with incomplete information and changing priorities.
Connect creative decisions to business outcomes while remaining comfortable producing hands-on work.

Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 per year
