Join our client as a Creative Director in a permanent position, helping raise the creative quality of marketing campaigns and communications from concept through launch. This remote (in-region) opportunity blends hands-on creative leadership with team development, setting a high bar for craft, ideas, and execution across channels. Creative Director Responsibilities:
Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns and communications from early concept through launch.
Translate business objectives into clear creative strategies, platforms, and campaign ideas across channels.
Develop, challenge, and refine concepts to ensure work is distinctive, memorable, and ready to ship.
Stay close to the craft by art directing production and contributing hands-on when needed.
Coach and grow creative talent by providing actionable feedback and improving review and briefing processes.
Creative Director Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in design and creative work, including creative direction for campaigns and multi-channel initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while maintaining high standards for craft and conceptual quality.
Strong conceptual thinking with excellent taste and attention to detail across typography, layout, color, and composition.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity, limited resources, and evolving priorities.
Comfort being hands-on in creative tools and connecting creative decisions to business outcomes.
