We’re partnering with our client, a company seeking creative talent, to find a Designer Junior – Mid level (On-site) who will support their design team in Waukegan, IL. This temporary position offers an opportunity to work closely on various design projects on-site.
Designer Responsibilities:
Create email templates, sell sheets, web banners, and branding materials.
Assist with producing collateral and basic, detail-oriented designs.
Collaborate closely with team members, providing and receiving guidance.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, to deliver quality work.
Ensure designs have strong layouts, spacing, and typographic clarity.
Designer Q ualifications:
An innovative graphic design portfolio showcasing strong digital and print work, with a distinctive approach to typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Internship experience or published work with recognized brands is a plus.
Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong eye for layout, spacing, and typography.
Eagerness to learn and high energy levels.
Ability to work on-site Monday through Thursday with flexibility after initial weeks.
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to engage in hands-on guidance.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
