Our client, a pharmaceutical advertising agency, is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor for a temporary opportunity that is remote within the region. This role leads HCP-focused creative development across pharmaceutical brands, shaping messaging and campaigns for print and digital channels. It also guides writers and partners with cross-functional teams to support strategic, scientific, and regulatory excellence.

Group Copy Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead the development of HCP-focused promotional content across print and digital channels.
Create messaging platforms, campaign concepts, and integrated communication strategies.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, medical, and account leadership teams.
Provide creative oversight and quality control across projects.
Mentor junior and mid-level writers while supporting launch planning, lifecycle marketing, and brand evolution.
Group Copy Supervisor Qualifications:
8-10+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
Significant experience leading brands and mentoring creative teams.
Extensive experience writing for healthcare professional audiences.
Experience partnering directly with senior client stakeholders and managing multiple brands.
Proven success driving campaign development from concept through execution.
