We’re partnering with our client, a healthcare-focused creative agency driven by purpose, insight, and impact, to find a talented Freelance Group Copy Supervisor. This temporary role is remote–out of region–and is expected to last between 5 to 9 weeks. The position involves leading creative concepts for a pre-launch immunology brand, managing copy development across multiple assets, and mentoring junior staff. There is no application deadline for this role.
Freelance Group Copy Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead high-level creative development to establish and evolve brand narrative during pre-launch phases.
Develop and oversee copy for healthcare professional-focused materials, ensuring messaging consistency across digital and print tactics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape early messaging frameworks and translate scientific content into accessible, compliant copy.
Act as a key partner to art, medical, regulatory, strategy, and account teams, presenting and defending creative concepts.
Guide and provide feedback to junior and mid-level writers, maintaining quality and voice alignment.
Freelance Group Copy Supervisor Qualifications:
At least 6 years of copywriting experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency setting.
Demonstrated portfolio of conceptual campaign work and detailed brand execution.
Experience supporting pre-launch initiatives, particularly in immunology or specialty healthcare, is a plus.
Strong understanding of regulatory review processes, including MLR/FDA requirements.
Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced agency environments; excellent collaborator with keen attention to detail.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
