OX Security is redefining application security for the AI era, giving security and development teams full visibility and control from code to cloud. We’re a fast-growing team of builders and security practitioners, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead OX Code.
The Role
As the Product Manager for OX Code, you’ll own the product end-to-end: vision, roadmap, prioritization and delivery. You’ll work closely with our R&D group and with the Platform product team, and you’ll be the voice of AppSec practitioners inside OX. You’ve stood where our customers stand, so you know what actually matters to them day-to-day, and you’ll turn that into a product they rely on.
What You’ll Do
Own the OX Code product strategy and roadmap, and prioritize based on real practitioner needs
Work hand-in-hand with engineering to define, scope, and ship features
Partner with the Platform PM to keep the experience consistent across the OX platform
Spend real time with customers: discovery calls, feedback loops and design partnerships
Translate complex security workflows into clear requirements and simple user experiences
Work with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing on launches, positioning and field enablement
What You Bring
Hands-on experience operating or managing an AppSec program ( must )
Product management experience, owning a product or a significant product area
Deep understanding of the AppSec practitioner’s world: SAST, SCA, secrets, CI/CD security, and vulnerability triage and remediation
Excellent people skills. You build trust quickly with customers, engineers and stakeholders, and you know how to influence without authority
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to make clear decisions with incomplete information
Excellent communication in English, written and verbal
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AI-assisted development and its security implications
