PeopleCert iis looking for a talented and highly organised Senior Interior Designer to support the design, development and continuous improvement of our corporate spaces in Greece and, where required, other PeopleCert locations including UK. The role combines creative interior design with hands-on project coordination . The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, Facilities, Procurement, external architects, contractors and suppliers to translate business requirements into functional, sophisticated and high-quality working environments that reflect PeopleCert's identity and standards. This is not solely a conceptual design position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership from the initial idea and space planning through specifications, supplier coordination, implementation and final delivery.

As a Senior Interior Designer, your tasks will include:
Develop interior design concepts for offices, executive areas, meeting rooms, reception areas other corporate spaces.
Prepare space plans, layouts, furniture plans, mood boards, material selections and design presentations.
Translate management requirements into practical and aesthetically strong design solutions.
Select and specify furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, flooring, wall treatments, artwork, accessories and other interior elements.
Coordinate architects, contractors, furniture manufacturers, decorators and specialist suppliers.
Review technical drawings, samples, mock-ups and supplier proposals before approval.
Monitor implementation on site and ensure that the final result is consistent with the approved design, quality standards, budget and programme.
Support refurbishment, renovation, relocation and office improvement projects.
Maintain accurate records of specifications, finishes, furniture, drawings and design decisions.
Provide hands-on support during installations and final styling of completed spaces.

What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related field.
Relevant professional experience in corporate, hospitality, high-end residential or commercial interior design.
Ability to read and review architectural and technical drawings.
Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar tools.
Experience with 3D visualisation would be an advantage.
Strong project-management and supplier-coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
Ability to work effectively with senior executives and translate feedback into practical design solutions.
Excellent command of English is required (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
Availability to visit sites and travel when required.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
Financial background check
Employment reference check.
If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
