Responsibilities Maintain organised project files, render tracking and version control Create high-quality 3D models, environments and assets using Cinema 4D and/or Blender. Build textures, materials and shaders for photorealistic, stylised or brand-specific visuals. Set up lighting and cameras to achieve the required visual quality and realism. Animate 3D assets, cameras and scenes. Create simulations, including particles, fluids, cloth and dynamics. Optimise 3D assets and scenes for rendering performance and production efficiency. Render final outputs while meeting the project’s visual and technical requirements. Collaborate with Motion Designers and production teams to support the integration of CGI assets into final deliverables. Qualifications Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality 3D work. Advanced knowledge of Cinema 4D and/or Blender. Advanced knowledge of 3D modelling, UV mapping, texturing, materials, shaders, lighting, rendering and animation. Strong understanding of lighting, realism, rendering and visual integration Ability to troubleshoot technical, scene and rendering issues. Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills. Nice to have - not mandatory Knowledge of Adobe After Effects. Understanding of CG compositing and post-production workflows. Familiarity with camera tracking, match-moving and integrating CG elements into live-action footage. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
