A growing SaaS software company is seeking a senior-level Technical Content Developer to create self-directed eLearning and implementation-focused training for partner deployment teams. This individual will develop practical, scenario-based content that enables consultants, solution architects, and deployment engineers to successfully implement enterprise software solutions in customer environments.POSITION TITLE: Principal Technical Content Developer (Contract)LOCATION: RemoteDURATION: 12-Month ContractRATE: $60 - $70/HOURRESPONSIBILITIESDevelop technical eLearning courses, learning paths, and training materials for software deployment and implementation teams.Convert complex configuration processes, integration workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and deployment activities into easy-to-follow training content.Create scenario-based learning experiences, hands-on exercises, and real-world implementation simulations.Partner with technical subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure training content aligns with product capabilities and deployment best practices.Maintain and update existing course content in support of product releases and ongoing enhancement initiatives.Design microlearning content and task-based training that addresses common implementation challenges and learner needs.Utilize AI tools and existing feedback data to accelerate content creation, outline development, and scenario generation.Support LMS course publishing, testing, and launch activities while ensuring adherence to accessibility and content standards.
Hourly rate: $60–$70
