We are actively building a network of experienced UX Strategists for potential upcoming opportunities with our clients. As new needs arise, these professionals will help shape digital experiences by aligning user needs, customer insights, and business objectives to drive meaningful outcomes. The ideal candidate combines user research, experience strategy, journey mapping, and digital product thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex experience challenges, and influence long-term product and customer experience decisions. This position is focused on defining experience strategy and guiding business and product direction, rather than solely executing visual design work.ResponsibilitiesDevelop user experience strategies that align customer needs with business goals and product objectives.Analyze customer journeys, user behaviors, market trends, and business requirements to identify experience opportunities.Lead discovery efforts, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and experience assessments.Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, personas, experience frameworks, and strategic recommendations.Partner with UX researchers, designers, product managers, marketers, and business stakeholders to define future-state experiences.Translate research insights and business challenges into actionable experience strategies and roadmaps.Evaluate digital products, websites, applications, and services to identify usability, engagement, and conversion opportunities.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and build alignment around customer-centric initiatives.Support product vision, innovation efforts, digital transformation initiatives, and customer experience programs.Present strategic recommendations, insights, and experience frameworks to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Hourly rate: $50–$60
