Assist with equipment movement, C-stands, basic lighting setups, production supplies, general field support, and maintaining an organized and safe production environment.

Support campaign shoots, event captures, pop-up events, internal productions, and other company initiatives by helping execute approved production plans, shot lists, and creative direction.

Provide expanded production coordination or line producer support when needed.

Provide administrative, vendor, permitting, payment, scheduling, or on-set support during periods of high production volume to help projects remain on schedule, within approved budgets, and operationally efficient.

Serve as the central communication point between producers, internal teams, China-based teams, production crew, freelancers, vendors, rental houses, locations, and service providers.

Draft onboarding paperwork for production crew members, freelancers, and vendors using approved company and budget templates.

Coordinate crew and vendor availability and follow up on missing forms, signatures, invoices, insurance documents, agreements, and other required materials.

Review invoices, rates, engagement details, approved budgets, and purchase orders and submit payment requests.

Job Requirements

Professional experience in production coordination, production administration, vendor management, livestream production, or a related field.

Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Live, or similar livestream platforms.

Strong problem-solving and crisis-management abilities.

Willingness to provide hands-on production support in the studio and on location.
