ROLE

As an ACD, Content at Sid Lee, you'll lead the Content team with a sharp understanding of culture, audience, and what makes content resonate across platforms.

You bring a strong point of view and a deep understanding of how content lives in digital and social environments. With a curated, discerning, audience-first approach, you know how to develop platform-native ideas that feel timely, relevant, and built for the way people actually consume content. You’re equally comfortable responding quickly to culture as you are shaping longer-term integrated ideas, and you know when a social spark has the potential to grow into something bigger.

As a creative leader, you help teams think bigger, push further, and raise the bar on every brief. You collaborate closely with strategy, accounts, and production to bring ideas to life with clarity and craft. With a balance of creative ambition, sound judgement, and a strong sense of quality, you help build content that not only performs in the moment, but leaves a lasting impression.
