ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Video Editor who moves fast without cutting corners. You'll edit short-form content for our organic social channels and paid ad campaigns — working from scripts and raw footage to deliver polished, platform-ready videos that stop the scroll and drive results.
This is a high-volume, execution-focused role. You'll be working closely with our Marketing team, receiving clear briefs and feedback, and turning around quality edits consistently every week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit a minimum of 3 videos or batches per week across organic social and paid ads
- Cut and assemble footage from shoots into compelling, platform-optimized content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
- Add captions, graphics, music, sound design, and motion elements to enhance engagement
- Apply feedback quickly and accurately through revision rounds
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across all content in line with brand guidelines
- Organize and manage raw footage and project files cleanly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience editing short-form video content for social media
- Proficiency in editing tools — After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and what makes a video hold attention
- Ability to work from a brief or script and execute with minimal hand-holding
- Reliable turnaround times — you meet deadlines, every time
- Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly
Monthly Salary:
Salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross/month depending on experience.
