Job Title: Art Director
Talent 360 is hiring a Art Director to join our team.
This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment.

About the Role
Talent 360 is looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team and shape the visual direction of our campaigns and brand projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship

Develop innovative creative concepts for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital content

Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution

Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables

Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client presentations and creative discussions

Supervise production processes, photoshoots, and project execution

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or a related field

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Art Direction or creative leadership roles

Proven experience leading and managing creative teams

Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, branding, and high-quality design work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Strategic thinking with a strong eye for detail and creativity
