About the Role
As an Intermediate Interior Designer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into detailed, build-ready solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget. The ideal candidate should have experience in space planning, material selection, and construction documentation, with the ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure seamless execution from concept through installation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Concept Development
Support the development of design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations based on project briefs and design direction.
Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences.
2. Design Documentation
Prepare CAD drawings, construction documents, and FF&E specifications in coordination with the senior designer or team leader.
Maintain and update project drawing sets and ensure documentation accuracy.
3. Material & Finish Selection
Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with the approved concept and budget.
Maintain a material library and prepare detailed cut sheets.
4. Project Coordination
Support the coordination of multiple projects concurrently across design and technical activities.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during project implementation under the guidance of the senior designer or team leader.
Participate in site visits and inspections to follow up on design implementation and identify issues for review.
5. Budget & Procurement
Contribute to design solutions that align with approved project budgets.
Assist in reviewing BOQs and support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations and coordinating with suppliers.
6. Space Planning
Develop functional and ergonomic floor plans and furniture layouts in line with project requirements
7. Site Inspections
Conduct site visits, document design-related issues, and prepare detailed inspection reports for review and follow-up.
8. Research & Mentorship
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
Share relevant insights and knowledge with the design team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
Software Proficiency: Good proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Rhino, and Microsoft Office.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Mindset: A passion for interior design and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: Zamalek - Cairo.
