What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer who designs with AI the same way we build with it . You'll own complex product areas end-to-end, ship world-class experiences, and build things independently when the moment calls for it. This i s not a role for someone curious about AI. I t's for someone w ho's already living and working in it.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas — from zero to shipped
Use AI tools daily to move faster, prototype smarter, and go further than traditional workflows allow
Build independently when needed — prototypes, working flows, even production-ready work
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data to make decisions quickly and ship with conviction
Raise the bar on craft — not just what looks good, but what actually works for customers
Mentor other designers and help the team level up in an AI-native way of working
What You Bring:
10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
You use AI tools in your actual workflow — not as a demo, but as a daily driver
Bonus if you vibe-code, prototype in code, or have shipped something you built yourself
Strong instincts for what makes a product feel right, not just look right
Experience in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap changes and you adapt
Figma fluency is a given; what matters more is what you do beyond it
Bonus: B2B/SaaS product experience
Bonus: HTML/CSS or front-end chops
Bonus: Experience designing AI products or workflows
Location
This is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto HQ. We collaborate in-office 3 days a week.
Base Salary
The range for this role is $175K - $200K. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
